February’s meeting theme begins with helping technicians effectively search for a job in today’s competitive market. A series of open format presentations by local recruiters, hiring managers providing insight to key job search strategies, methods on marketing oneself, and critical use of social media such as LinkedIn. Directly following the recruiters and hiring managers will be available for an additional hour to answer questions, give resume feedback, and offer job search guidance.

- How to dress and present yourself in an interview
- What managers want to see in your resume
- How incoming applicants are selected
- How to ‘Break’ into the Lab Animal Science Industry
- How to keep the job you want!!
